Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you selected local pick-up, please wait for an email, or text message if you included your phone number, to schedule a delivery time. This text message will come within 2 days of placing your order.
We will work with customers and the shipping carrier to resolve any shipping issues that may arise once the package has left our facility.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Free Local delivery is available for orders over $50 within the local area of Cape May County. For orders under $50, we charge $5 for local delivery.
Deliveries will be arranged within two days of receiving your confirmation email. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival or via email if you chose not share your phone number.
We will reach out as soon as possible if there happens to be an issue with the designated delivery address.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer International Shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@LLcollections.store with your name and order number, and we will be happy to look into the issue for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery pending return request approval. If your request is approved, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return or issue store credit.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@LLcollections.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and we will work towards a satisfactory solution.

LL Collections has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at Contact@LLcollections.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and update you on the status of your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
